Jonas Gahr Støre

Party Leader, The Norwegian Labour Party

Jonas Gahr Støre is the current Party Leader of The Norwegian Labour Party. His academic degree is in political science from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in France. Støre served as Norway’s Foreign Minister from 2005 to 2012, and as Minister of Health from 2012 to 2013. He has also served as Chief of Staff at Gro Harlem Brundtland’s office of the World Health Organization from 1998 to 2000, and as Secretary-General of the Norwegian Red Cross.
